According to “implementation program of rapid advancing network construction for labour service base at the final batter in third quarter”, combining the overall plan and aim , in order to transfer the enthusiasm and efficiency and enhance the quantity and quality of business partner, on July 17,2009  the First Business Department of Labour Force Company hold a symposium on Japanese trainee project at the conference room on second floor. 17 business partners of Henan Province are invited to attend, Shao Zhenzhong, standing Vice President and Feng Guojun, Researcher were also present. Liu Haitao , the General Manager of Labour Force Company hosted the symposium.

Mr.Shao first briefed the history and future plan, emphasized the determination and attitude to Japanese trainee project and elaborated the current situation and future development direction.
